01

This is a highly flowable, non-segregating concrete. It spreads into place, fills formwork and encapsulates even the most congested reinforcement without mechanical vibration. It is a non-segregating concrete that is placed utilizing its weight. This specialized concrete is beneficial for all your exclusive project needs in terms of placement and flow.

02

It is a flowable mix having workability between standard and Fluidic Plus concrete.

03

It is concrete with a specified characteristic cube strength beyond 50 N/mm2. The main advantage is the reduction in the size of compression elements and the amount of longitudinal reinforcement required.

04

It's primarily used to avoid early shrinkage cracks. It reduces water seepages and protects the steel from corroding and walls from dampening. It also protects the corners in pre-cast slabs and concrete floorings. It increases abrasion resistance by over 40%, thereby increasing the life of roads, walkways, floors etc.

05

It is preferably used as a substitute for steel bars. This concrete enhances performance and is generally used in industrial floorings etc.

06

It gains high strength within a few days. Therefore, it is suitable for use in projects that need to be completed quickly. In addition, the product can be engineered to gain desired strength at the required age.

07

By usage of various admixture setting time of concrete is delayed up to 7-8 hours. This means work at the site can be done smoothly and efficiently.

09

Porocrete is a special concrete engineered for high porosity that allows water from precipitation or other sources to percolate through the flooring.

10

Fillmix, also known as flowable fill, is a weak, runny concrete mix used in construction for non-structural purposes such as backfill or road bases.

11

Superlitecrete concrete mixture is made with a lightweight coarse aggregate, and sometimes a portion or entire fine aggregates may be lightweight instead of normal aggregates. Structural lightweight concrete has an in-place density unit weight of 800 to 1800 kg/m3

.

12

Chilled concrete delivers superior performance in mass structures where the thermal gradient within concrete becomes significant for durability. The temperature of concrete is controlled as per customer specifications. It is produced using chilled water/ice flakes and other ingredients that bring down the concrete temperature at the placement time.

13

It is simply a thin, top layer of material laid over a concrete sub-floor that is traditionally made of smaller-sized coarse aggregate, sand and cement, similar to concrete. It is used to cover structural flooring concrete and to obtain a defined final flooring level. It can also be laid on top of insulating materials.

08

Aquamixcrete concrete is an impermeable concrete used for long-lasting, durable, watertight construction. Water-resisting admixtures can be added to improve the impermeability of the concrete. The admixtures reduce the chance of water ingress by reducing concrete permeability and drying shrinkage. Aquamixcrete (also called integral concrete) is generally best for water-retaining structures and less critical basements less than 10 meters deep, where soil conditions are not aggressive and the consequences of flooding are less severe. This includes unfinished, bare utility spaces such as car parks and workshops where some seepage and damp patches are tolerable.
